S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection. As the name suggests, only one barrel is filled for each product in this 1423 product line. Each barrel is selected for the respective bottling under special criteria and offered with a limited number of bottles. The entire S.B.S range comprises only classic rums, no blends, in order to express the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste. The S.B.S Denmark rum is produced in the Enghaven distillery. The 4-year maturation takes place in port wine casks; as usual with the S.B.S range, no chill filtration was used.
